We have been very blessed. Our bees have been thriving. We have honey coming out of our ears.

Not really, that would be gross.

To use up some of this honey I keep trying to find good recipes to use my honey in. I bake with it all of the time, but I want REALLY good recipes that I can cook with.

This pork chop recipe was a FAIL. It wasn’t good. I can’t even share the recipe with you because I threw it away right after dinner.

First off, you couldn’t even taste the honey. Second, the way they had me cooked the pork chop make it tough. I’ve never cooked a bad pork chop before. I’m very sad over this.

I did use honey when I cooked the carrots though and they were delicious. But that was my recipe. I need to find someone else’s that I can trust.
